| The Rotation Room is 3, 200 sq ft. training space for figure skaters of all abilities. It allows skaters to train at a competitive level to enhance athletic performance. The Rotation Room’s services are available for coaches, athletes, and community members. The Dance Studio is designed to provide additional training opportunities to athletes to help promote artistic expression, physical fitness, balance, and strength. The Dance Studio creates a zen-like environment for skaters to work independently or in a group class setting. Classes include; yoga, pilates, ballet, dance, stretch, and more! Our harness training room is the heart and soul of The Rotation Room. It’s equipped with 5 bungee harnesses where skaters can practice jumps and rotation in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Our electric spin harness allows skaters to practice rotation, speed, posture, balance, orientation and agility with the guidance of a Skate Canada certified coach. | |
