His plumbing career started right out of high school where he worked for a small plumbing company and was able to learn directly from the owner. Chad then decided to pursue his dream of serving his nation and joined the US Army. After retiring from the Military, he returned to his passion of plumbing, but this time was able to gain experience working for a large plumbing company in Atlanta.
