The strength of Lets Care All is its staff, yes, we are here because of our human capital, and we will grow along. We are Family, and whenever a new member joins the family, they are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. We manage and train our workforce with the aim that all of our care staff are offered to achieve an RQF diploma. We believe in Mutual growth; we grow when our workforce grows. In that pursuit, the whole workforce receives annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues, and a range of other matters. You can visualise how competent our workforce is. Along with personalised care, the attribute that makes our staff outstanding and rare are multicultural and multilingual exposures. We have CARE Staff who speaks your language and are familiar with your cultures, such as English, Urdu, Punjabi, French, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Somali, Arabic and many more. |
