We called yesterday at 8 am and was able to get an appointment at exactly 9 am. I was right in choosing this company in the first place. Tim, the technician arrived so early and was able to identify the problem immediately. He's good at what he does. He's witty to handle the repair. I could see his thoroughness in fixing up the problem. Everything was carried out excellently within an hour. It was a perfect repair. Exceptional service!
