| CrossFit Sunalta is an inner city gym focused on improving the lives of it's members through fun, challenging and rewarding workouts. We offer not just group classes but also personal training and nutrition coaching. We are also very beginner friendly, many people are intimidated when trying something new and we understand how scary that can be. We want fitness to be fun, effective, and we know people are busy to we make the most of our 60 minute classes. With over 15 years over experience as a Crossfit coach we are still just passionate about helping people reach their goals. | |
