We are a professional company with professional ethics and we go the extra mile whenever necessary. Best Homes Property Management is one of the largest management companies in the area thanks to our satisfied owners and tenants.Best Homes Property Management does a screening process on all applicants. We do all advertising on vacant units at no cost to the owners. We collect rents on a monthly basis. We provide owners with an itemized spread sheet on a monthly basis. Owners are contacted for any cosmetic issues concerning their property however we reserve the right to take care of any electrical, plumbing or heating and any other emergency situations immediately. In any other circumstances, we process all service orders for general maintenance and repairs for our property owners unit without any mark-up for such service.Best Homes Property Management takes care of properties for Owners who do not have the time, inclination or live out of the area. We take care of collecting rents and dispersing them to the owners on a monthly basis. We have licensed maintenance personnel who do electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. We also have a staff that does general maintenance.David Robinson is the owner of Best Homes Property Management. David is also a licensed Realtor for the State of Idaho.
