InnerEast Strata Management Services (IESM) offers management services at affordable rates for the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We manage communities in Kew, Balwyn, Doncaster, Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Canterbury, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Toorak, Richmond, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Fairfield, Northcote, Heidelberg and surrounding areas. Our Director, Ms. Donna J. Foster CPSM CMCA has a wealth of experience in front line management and training roles including property sales, property management and more recently in strata / owners corporation. As an active member of Strata Community Association (Vic) and a qualified trainer for the A100 short course ‘Essentials of Strata in Australia’ Donna fully appreciates the otherwise lack of education that has previously been available to new recruits to the industry and owners alike. In response the revised Certificate IV in Strata offered by RMIT in Melbourne has gone some way to addressing this urgent need for further education in strata community management. |
