About Balanced Minds
Balanced Minds is a leading private mental health service based in the UK. Founded in 2012 by three NHS clinical psychologists, our mission is to provide compassion-focused mental wellbeing support.
What began as a small team of colleagues is now a group of 28 highly trained therapists. We specialise in Compassion Focused Therapy and related research, making us the largest provider of CFT worldwide.
Our multi-disciplinary team of clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists and psychotherapists are experts in CFT along with modalities like CBT, mindfulness, family therapy and more.
With clinics in London Victoria and King’s Cross, we offer face-to-face and virtual services including:
