This expert will be responsible for appliance repair, maintenance, and installation of different brands and models of devices. Electrical engineering fundamentals, including reading electrical diagrams, is an advantage. Problem-solving skills and learning about how things work are also very important. Good communication skills and a passion for assisting in a customer-focused environment will be helpful.

Responsibilities include

- Estimating the cost of repairs
- Advising customers on the proper use of appliances
