Accent Home Care has expanded their aged care services and now caters to clients of different cultures and diverse backgrounds. A division of TTHA, Accent Home Care has been providing elderly home care services since 2007. Accent Home Care’s mission is to enable its clients to stay at home while having high quality support and services that will meet their individual needs. Accent Home Care offers four different levels of home care packages with Level 1 being the lowest and Level 4 being the highest. The difference with each package is the amount of funding allocated to the package. Determining the client’s level will depend on their situation. In order to become eligible for their government-funded home care package, one will need to contact My Aged Care and request an assessment. Alternatively, clients can arrange private home care services, which are self-funded and are tailored to the client’s goals and needs. Accent Home Care will assign a personal care manager to develop a flexible care plan and provide the client with the necessary guidance and support they need at present moments and into the future as their needs change over time. Accent Home Care’s support care services include meal preparation, personal care, domestic assistance, telehealth, allied health, continence aids, equipment, nursing care, and elderly support groups.
