Hi, I’m Mick, the founder of performance u.

After being in the gym for 22 years, having trained nearly every program under the sun and dedicated my life to training. I’ve been sub 10% bodyfat. Chiseled with a body dripped in muscle.

I looked a million dollars on the outside, and absolutely broken and miserable on the inside. From injury, mental and emotional burnout, digestive distress, I’ve had it all – which is why my goals have shifted from muscle building to being lean, healthy and muscular.

Now my approach is Muscle building that intersects with longevity. Ensuring my health and performance isn’t degrading. Why do I want these things? I want to live a great life that’s vibrant, vital, healthy & ultimately a body that supports an adventure & never hinders my life.

I want to be able to do what I want, when I want, with who I want. If that means running, jumping, playing with my nieces/nephews, jiujitsu, boxing. I want to be able to do those things and I want my body to support that. Training isn’t only about looking good, being strong & muscular. Its also about having a body that carries me through life without any limitations and always performing at my peak.

This is why I’ve created a program that allows you to build muscle that intersects with longevity. Living long and living well.
